Lake Keowee Marina in Seneca, SC is looking for a Spring and Summer Dock Team Member. This is not a “stand around” job. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and customer-facing. You’ll be part of the crew responsible for delivering a top-tier experience to every guest that steps on property.to help and have fun all year long!

The Role
You’ll be a front-line operator on the water. This is hands-on, real-world marina work-handling boats, supporting guests, and keeping the docks running clean, safe, and sharp every single day.
What You’ll Be Doing
-Get boats ready, clean, fueled, and dialed in for rentals
-Walk customers through safety plus operations
-Launch, dock, and manage boat traffic throughout the day
-Keep the marina sharp – boats, docks, and grounds
-Representing the marina with confidence, professionalism, and urgency
What We’re Looking For
-Dependable. Shows up. Works hard. No babysitting needed.
-Good with people – friendly, clear, and confident
-Comfortable working outside in heat, moving fast, staying active
-Team player with a strong work ethic
-Boating experience = a plus (not required—we train the right people)
-Must be available weekends + holidays (that’s when we make money)
-Valid driver’s license required
